Carl Bildt and Gunilla Carlsson to attend Paris donor conference for the Palestinian territories
On Monday 17 December Minister for Foreign Affairs Carl Bildt and Minister for International Development Cooperation Gunilla Carlsson will take part in an international donor conference that is being held in Paris to raise support for the Palestinian territories. Close to 90 high-level delegations will be participating. President Nicolas Sarkozy will give the opening speech.
The conference is a direct follow-up to the international meeting on November 27 in Annapolis, USA. During the conference the international community will announce its contributions in support of Palestinian state-building.
