Summary
Translation of Högskoleförordningen, 1993:100, issued 4 February 1993. The translation includes amendments up to Swedish Code of Statutes (SFS) No 2006:1054 issued 18 July 2006. However, the translation of Appendix 2, System of Qualifications, includes statutes issued at a later date: Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics (Civilekonomexamen) (SFS 2006:1324), Degree of Master of Science in Medical Physics (Sjukhusfysikerexamen) (SFS 2006:1324) and Degree of Bachelor/Master of Education (Lärarexamen) (SFS 2007:129). Note that there may be errors in the statutes. Therefore always check the text against the printed version.
Please note that the System of Qualifications (Appendix 2) was formerly called Degree Ordinance.
