The analysis phase regarding Vin&Sprit now completed

The Government has performed an extensive analysis of the conditions for the planned reduction of state ownership in Vin & Sprit. The analysis and preparation phase has now been completed.

The Government is now entering into a more active execution phase, where a transaction is expected to be announced next year. An auction process will begin whereby interested parties are invited to bid for the whole company. The appointed financial adviser, Morgan Stanley, will administrate the auction.
