In Copenhagen in December 2009, world leaders meet to negotiate a new global agreement on climate change to follow the Kyoto Protocol. The international company Point Carbon has produced this report with the aim of stimulating debate on the environmental and economic consequences of different outcomes of the negotioations. The report analyses four scenarios, ranging from one where only the EU pursues effective policies to one where parties agree on deep emission cuts with wide participation by countries.
