Gunilla Carlsson to meet UN Emergency Relief Coordinator John Holmes

On Monday 1 February, Minister for International Development Cooperation Gunilla Carlsson will meet UN Emergency Relief Coordinator John Holmes, who is also head of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA). This will take place in connection with the annual Nordic consultations with OCHA, which will be held in Stockholm.
OCHA is also the UN body that is directly responsible for coordination of the international humanitarian relief efforts in Haiti.
Gunilla Carlsson and John Holmes will hold a press conference.
