This document presents a proposal for a Swedish code of corporate governance.
A special working group called the Code Group has developed
the code as a joint effort.

The conclusions (committee reports) of official Government inquiries and committees are published in the Swedish Government Official Reports series (SOU).
The Ministry Publication Series (Ds) is the series of reports presented by ministerial inquiries.
