The Ministry of Agriculture
The Ministry has a broad range of tasks. Areas of responsibility include the following: Agriculture, Environmental issues in the agricultural field, Fishery, Forestry, Reindeer husbandry, Sami issues, Horticulture, Animal welfare, Foodstuffs, Hunting and game management, Higher education and research in the field of agricultural sciences.
The Ministry is headed by Eskil Erlandsson and has approximately 150 employees.
