On Monday 29 March Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt and Deputy Prime Minister Maud Olofsson are to receive Vice President Xi Jinping.

The agenda includes talks on bilateral cooperation areas between Sweden and China, such as the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations, trade relations, follow-up of the climate change conference in Copenhagen and follow-up of the economic and financial crisis. Other current foreign affairs issues may also be discussed.

Vice President Xi Jinping to make official visits
The programme includes visits in Stockholm and Gothenburg. Among those the Vice President will meet during the visit are HM The King and the Speaker of the Riksdag. In Gothenburg on Sunday, the Vice President will visit the ship 'Götheborg' and engineering company SKF. On Monday, the Vice President and Ms Olofsson will attend the opening ceremony of the Sweden-China Business Cooperation and Innovation Forum at Stockholm City Hall. Other places the Vice President will visit are Hammarby Sjöstad, together with Minister for Migration and Asylum Policy Tobias Billström, and Stockholm University.
