New ambassador in Ljubljana

Today the Government appointed Inger Ultvedt Sweden's new ambassador in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Ms Ultvedt is currently ambassador in Manila in the Philippines. Ambassador Ultvedt will take up her new post in the autumn.

Inger Ultvedt has previously been deputy head of the Department for Multilateral Development Cooperation at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, has served in the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and held positions at the Swedish embassies in Oslo, London and Dar es Salaam.
