Briefing on the international Iraq conference

The Government will today decide that Sweden is to host a UN- and Iraq-led conference in the framework of the International Compact with Iraq.

At a press briefing, Minister for Foreign Affairs Carl Bildt, Minister for International Development Cooperation Gunilla Carlsson and the Chief Organiser of the Conference Krister Kumlin will give more detailed information about the conference, scheduled to take place in Stockholm in May.
