Minister for Foreign Affairs condemns attack on Danish Embassy in Pakistan

"The attack on the Danish Embassy in Pakistan is serious and completely unacceptable and deserves our strongest condemnation.

"I was greatly grieved and shocked to hear about the senseless bomb attack today against the Danish Embassy in Islamabad. My thoughts are with the victims of this act.

"This attack represents a further escalation of the violence in Pakistan," says Mr Bildt. "This terrorist act shows that we must continue the international fight against all forms of terrorism."
